The Arctic Connect project explores the possibilities to construct a digital bridge between Europe and Asia via the Northeast Passage. Now, Cinia Ltd is in the process to determ how the planned Arctic Connect data cable will connect to Southern Finland from Kirkenes, Norway and Murmansk, Russia.
